This Intelligent Helpdesk will configure and add various types of additional fields such as single and multi line text fields, pick lists , numeric, date, and time to your custom forms.
This help desk will create custom Forms or Templates to handle incidents and service request.
It provides technicians and end users, role based access to specific custom forms.
It applies Fuzzy solutions in order to check and compare the proposed technique and then add the best solution in the Knowledge Base or compare helpdesk technician and give them a rank.
